IF I PLACE MY ORDER TODAY, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?
With the significant volume of orders received daily, we strive to have all orders fulfilled and shipped within 7 business days of receipt. This time frame includes the necessary time needed to verify orders prior to being shipped to ensure accurate processing. All personalized items can take up to 14 business days to ship from the day the personalized images are received.
HOW DO I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, due to our fast fulfillment times, we are unable to make changes to orders one they have been placed. If you put an invalid mailing address, your order will ship to that address and be returned to the warehouse. A new shipment will have to be generated once the order arrives back to us.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept the following forms of payment for online transactions: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. We do not accept Paypal at this time.
WILL MY PERSONAL INFORMATION BE SHARED WITH ANY THIRD PARTIES?
At Plunder Design, we value your privacy. It is our policy never to sell, rent, barter or trade personal information with any third parties.
MAY I STILL ORDER IF I LIVE OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES?
At this time, Plunder Design only accepts orders within the fifty (50) United States and Puerto Rico.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER STATUS?
You will receive an email containing your tracking number once your order ships. If you have questions about the shipment of your order, please contact your Plunder Design Stylist.
WHAT WILL DELAY MY ORDER?
During periods of increased demand, including holidays or new catalog launches, you may experience a delay in the shipment of your order. We strive to always ship available items within 7 business days of order submission, 14 business days for personalized item orders.
ORDER OR PRODUCT ISSUES?
We want your experience at Plunder Design to be great. If for any reason you are unhappy with your Plunder purchase within 30 days, we will gladly offer a replacement, exchange, or refund. We pride ourselves in keeping our customers happy and encourage you to reach out to your Plunder Design Stylist or to our customer service department if you have any issues past the 30 day period. Please submit a Plunder Return Form that can be provided to you by your Stylist along with a photo of the item to http://support.plunderdesign.com/support/home. Plunder jewelry that has been in your possession longer than 30 days and needs to be returned will be handled on a case by case basis. Personalized items are non-returnable with the exception of manufacturing defects.
After 90 days, your Plunderful purchase is officially yours forever! Enjoy!
If you need assistance with a refund or replacement, please start with your Stylist. Please let your Stylist know about any issues within 30 days from the date of your purchase. Don’t forget to keep your receipts. If you don’t know who your Stylist is, or cannot reach them, please contact customer service.
Example of manufacturing defect:
Non functional clasp
Abnormal discoloration (beyond normal variations in natural stone colors or tarnishing from wear or time)
Jump ring or chain link that does not close properly
Epoxy (adhesive- glass or crystals are loose)
Please note: This warranty does not cover merchandise damaged through normal wear, accident or mis use (glass breakage due to mishandling, wearing in water, etc). Upon receipt of your order, please check it carefully for accuracy. We reserve the right to send RMA (return material authorization) before providing replacements, refunds, or credits to help support our quality assurance efforts.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELRY?
Handle with care.
Avoid water: Always remove your jewelry before entering water. Items are not waterproof
Polish: Our jewelry is made of base metals that are lead free, items may naturally tarnish with time. To keep it looking as good as new, gently rub all pieces with a dry polishing cloth in a circular motion until shine is restored.
Abracadabra Protectant Spray: This water based acrylic lacquer forms a clear hard protective layer on your Plunder Jewelry. After it dries, this barrier protects your skin from potential metal allergies and will also provide more longevity to the metal plating on your Plunder Jewelry.
Remove: Take off your jewelry when using harsh chemicals, applying beauty products or perfume, and avoid extreme heat or cold.
