How do I contact Plunder Customer Service?

You can submit a ticket at or call Customer Service at 801-800-8638. You can also reach Customer Service via chat at or the chat box in your back office.


How do I track my Plunder order?

If you placed an individual order through the website with an email address, you should receive a shipment confirmation that will include tracking information. Please be aware that if you placed your order through a Stylist, you may need to contact them for tracking information.


How long will it take to receive my order?

At Plunder we promise to have your regular, non-personalized order out for deliver within 7 business days. Personalized items will ship within 14 business days. This excludes new catalog launch months and holidays, including government holidays. Business days are considered Monday – Friday.


Can I place an order if I live outside of the United States?

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including APOs, Puerto Rico, Guam and some Canadian Provinces. 


What is your return policy?

We want your experience with Plunder Design to be great! We pride ourselves on keeping our customers happy and encourage you to reach out to your Plunder Design Stylist or our Customer Service department if you have any questions regarding your order.

If you are not satisfied with your Plunder purchase, we will be happy to offer an exchange or refund within 30 days. Product must be in like new condition. Plunder Design reserves the right to determine the condition of returned product. For a refund or exchange, please fill out a Plunder Return Form provided by your Stylist and ship it back with the product to Plunder Design within 30 days of purchase. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

This policy excludes all personalized items, as they are not able to be exchanged and are non-refundable


What is your limited product warranty?

Plunder Design offers a limited 90 day warranty on all of our jewelry. For defective items, you will need to provide a clear picture of the full item, the order number, item number, and account number. This information must be submitted within 90 days of purchase. Please submit this information to

What is a QC code?

The QC code is a red stamp that you’ll find in your product box. This is the signature of the Quality Control employee that checked your product for quality. Please save this code as it is something we like to collect when processing any replacement. We ask that you provide this code when submitting a replacement ticket.


How do I become a Plunder Stylist?

You can visit and click “Stylist Rewards” from the navigation in the footer. From there, you will be prompted to enter your information and to select a Stylist to join under. If you do not select a Stylist, we will assign one to you.


How do you personalize a custom item?

You will need to be logged into the account that the item was ordered under. Once there, you will want to visit “Order History” where you will see a “Customize Item” button next to the custom order. You then will be prompted to upload a single image per custom item. Images will need to be a minimum of 600 x 600 pixels. Accepted files types are PNG, JPG, and JPEG.


What is Plunder Posse? How do I join the Plunder Posse membership?

Plunder Posse is a $29 monthly subscription box (including tax & shipping) that offers exclusive, limited-run jewelry pieces that are not available in our catalog. Each box typically contains 1-3 various pieces to enjoy and will ship on the first of the month. To join, visit and click “Join Posse” and enter your information.


How do I cancel a Plunder Posse?

You can cancel a Plunder Posse by logging into the account where it was purchased. If you do not have the login or it is your customer’s Posse box, you’ll need to contact Customer Service at 1-877-276-5627.


If I were to become a Plunder Stylist, when would I get paid?

We pay commissions out weekly for personal sales and on the 5th of each month for the monthly portion unless that day is on a weekend or falls on a bank holiday.


What kind of metal is used in the making of Plunder jewelry?

Most of our jewelry is made up of a composite metal. While we cannot say we are nickel and lead free, we do strive to make sure our jewelry is suited for anyone who may have allergies to sensitive skin. We have stainless steel and acrylic products and you can find descriptions online of those products. If you have a concern about a certain product, please ask your Stylist about the materials used or contact Customer Support at 1-877-276-5627.

Plunder chooses suppliers, manufacturers, and amazing individuals in multiple countries to produce our savvy and unique jewelry. The Plunder management team makes frequent visits to each of our partner facilities to monitor quality and employee working conditions, including any violations of child labor laws.
