At Plunder, we really encompass the mission statement to FIND HER and that really carries throughout not just encouragement for women and making women feel more empowered and comfortable in their own skin, but it definitely carries over into the creative process. For me, when I look at a style I want to make happen, I don’t pick it up and think, “I’d love to have this piece hang from a gold chain but there’s no holes in it. I can’t make that work.” How do we put this all together? There’s always a way. And when I started doing jewelry designs, I started using the drill that my dad had in our home because I wanted jewelry to hang just specifically the right way, and I could do that by creating my own holes or looking for different platforms.

Creativity doesn’t just live and die on a creative table. Creativity encompasses everything. As you problem solve things with your children, as you face financial challenges, there is potential to figure out everything. Each person has the ability to find creative solutions to any obstacle in their life. And we believe that as you solve those problems, you will come to FIND HER and gain confidence to continue moving forward no matter what life throws at you.
