This means that if the products in your cart total $40 and you use 5 Plunder Points toward that purchase, you will earn Plunder Points on the net purchase price of $35.

You will earn points for your own Posse orders and any referred friend’s Posse orders at your current earnings rate. Additionally, you will receive Bonus Points for every 3 consecutive months you are on Posse.

Luxe Linx chains are stainless steel and plated with sterling silver or 18 karat gold. We worked with a plating manufacturer and developed a plating a process that is conducive to our one-year warranties and have a guaranteed plating color for 12 months.

Do I need to purchase Argon Gas for my equipment?

Every Sunstone LUXE LINX welder works best when used with Argon Gas. Argon gas is typically used when welding and unlike the natural gas we utilize in our homes. Argon gas is harmless, nonflammable and odorless.

Where can I purchase Argon Gas?

They can purchase it at local welding supply stores, in addition, some hardware stores. Stylists should purchase 100% argon and not a 50/50 mix of argon and oxygen. Tank size of 20 cubic feet will provide approximately 5,000+ welds.

Do you offer training?

We offer training and support in the form of our Plunder Learn app and desktop version. Sunstone provides customer support for questions concerning the bonding process, troubleshooting as you learn how to set up or use your equipment, and any additional questions you may have regarding your welding equipment. All questions regarding chains, charms, connectors, and jump rings should be directed to the Plunder Design customer support team.

In-person collaborations work best! An example of in-person events are: vendor events, in-home parties, one on one, scheduled appointments in your home. Partnering with local boutiques, salons, med spas, and similar small businesses has proven to be a lucrative practice with other Stylists.

Is it beneficial to have customers schedule appointments for Luxe Linx?

It is entirely your choice on whether or not you schedule appointments in advance. Several Stylists have found the use of Calendly, Square Appointments, and Acuity Scheduling to be a beneficial supplement to organizing their Luxe Linx business.

What is a Plunder Stylist?

Becoming a Plunder Stylist is like having a wildly affordable startup where you have the opportunity to earn cash dollars in addition to Plunder rewards. Plunder Stylists have access to additional features such as customer and order activity reports, Create a Cart link, a full learning library, premade shareable social media resources, a personal business portal with tools to evaluate income projections, and more!

How much does it cost to become a Plunder Stylist?

You can upgrade to a Stylist account for as little as $49USD | $59CAD. There are several different starter kit options to choose from so you can select the option that best fits your needs.

Can I sign up to become a Plunder Stylist with the purchase of a Luxe Linx welder?

Yes. When you enroll, you will have the option to purchase a Luxe Linx starter kit. This will create a Stylist account and give you access to all the tools you need to start your digital Plunder business.

What is the monthly tech fee?

When you sign up as a Stylist, you will be charged a monthly tech fee of $10USD | $12CAD. The fee starts 30 days after you enroll as a Stylist and will be charged every month thereafter. This gives you continued access to additional account features, including your business portal, Create a Cart link, customer and order activity reports, learning library, shareable social media resources and more.

How do I make money with Plunder?

Making money with Plunder is simple! Plunder provides you with products. You sell the products online, in-person or a combination and Plunder gives you a paycheck. The more you sell, the more you make. It’s that simple.

Each sale you make creates sales volume. The more Plunder you sell, the higher the percentage you are paid on your sales, up to 40%.

What is required to qualify for commissions?

Every eligible Plunder purchase qualifies you to earn commissions, regardless of how much you’ve personally spent. If you go six months without having any sales volume, your account will automatically be cancelled and the monthly tech fee will no longer be charged to your account.

How long do I have to exchange or refund an item?

If you are not satisfied with your Plunder purchase, we will be happy to offer an exchange or refund the purchase price within 30 days. Product must be in like-new condition.

Can I return or exchange personalized items?

No. All sales are final for personalized items and they cannot be refunded or exchanged.

How do I start a refund or exchange?

For a refund or exchange, fill out a Plunder Return Form and ship it back with the product to Plunder Design within 30 days of purchase. The customer is responsible to pay for shipping when returning an item.

Does Plunder offer a warranty on their products?

Plunder Design offers a limited 90-day warranty on all of our jewelry. For defective items, provide a clear picture of the full item, order number, item number and account number to support@plunderdesign.com. This information must be submitted within 90 days of purchase. Please note that accidental breakage and lost items are not covered under this warranty.
